"Patrick Reed has now worked both as a plumber and as a project manager on two properties that I owned. His work has been outstanding. Pat is knowledgeable across all trades and gives advice in plumbing whilst being aware of how the other trades work together. He is experienced and can be relied upon for sound advice. He knows what he’s talking about. Importantly, he is reliable and you can depend on him to do what he says he will do. He also has the knack of being able to think ahead and work out issues before they actually arise. His staff are friendly and congenial too and are excellent workers. I can’t praise Pat and his team highly enough. Communication was amazing – I always felt up-to-date regarding the progress of our renovation project, and informed if when noisy work days would be, which, being a shift-worker, I really appreciated. The team was considerate of containing dust and debris, which was really important given that we were living in the house at the time, and always cleaned up and ensured the part of the house they had accessed was secure at the end of each day. Pat was up-front with any additional costs when I requested changes during the project and was also very practical with suggestions for things I hadn’t thought of.
Very happy with the end result, and looking forward to commencing the next area to be renovated – the kitchen/meals/lounge area.
